Activity

Today I started my journey with a gym!
I was really excited about it and was looking forward to do some exercises.
Being so motivated helped me a lot during the day at school.
When I finally started exercising it turned out that my physical condition isn't that good. I was so tired after running for less than 10 minutes. I had to stop for a while and decide what to do. Should I go home and never come back here, because I'm not good enough to exercise in front of other people? Or should I stay here and try my best to finish my workout? Finally I decidet that I'm not a quitter and I did some more exercises. After this workout I felt really proud of myself. Actually I was happy although my muscles were in pain.
I learned something important about myself - I'm not that likely to give up as I thought I am. I just need some motivation. It all made me feel a little bit more confident and now I'm even more motivated.
My new gym goal is to run for 30 minutes straight without any breaks.
I believe that with some motivation and self-discipline I can do basically everything.
